Returns & Refunds

Because most items at KorachKreations are handmade, returns are accepted ONLY for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility:

• Contact korachkreations@gmail.com
• Provide your order number
• include clear pictures and description of the issue

Non-Returnable items

• custom or personalized items
• Mystery bundles
• Sale items

Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If an item is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund when appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KorachKreations is NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
