  4. Shipping & Delivery: Processing times vary. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. KorachKreations is NOT responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.
  5. Returns & Exchanges: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Contact korachkreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs.
